Thanks to the generosity of the community, EHC LifeBuilders is able to provide basic items to homeless or at risk families, youth, and singles living in our sites. All Items are given to clients at no cost.

Emergency Hygiene Kits
Help our families and single adults restore their sense of dignity by conducting a hygiene kit drive or putting together hygiene kits. Fill them with any of the following needed items:
- Razors (non electrical)
- Shaving cream
- Toothbrushes
- Toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Shampoo (trial size or large bottles)
- White socks
- Dental floss
- Lotion
- Boxes
Bus Tokens
House Warming Baskets
Help our families and single adults begin their new lives by putting together basic house warming baskets. Fill the basket with any of the following items:
- Cookware (pots and pans, knives, cutting boards)
- Dinnerware (dishes)
- Silverware
- Drink ware (glasses, cups)
- Can openers
- Kitchen towels
- Trash bags
Conduct a Food Drive
Help feed over 250 clients each night by conducting a food drive. Food items are needed year-round and are especially valuable from November to March, when EHC operates two additional shelters - the Sunnyvale and Gilroy Armories. Our kitchen is in need of the following items:
- Meats
- Canned goods
- Grains
Help Update Our Kitchen
Help our kitchen feed over 250 clients each night by updating our supplies. Our kitchen is in need of any of the following items:
- 3 Cereal dispensers
- 1 Portable oven
- 5 Microwaves
- 3 Insulated food transport containers (Cambro)
- 6 Insulated beverage containers (3 gallon)
- 3 Rolling tray racks
- 1 Electric meat slicer (Heavy Duty)
- 2 Industrial electric can openers
- 2 3-tray rolling carts (3ft x 2ft approximate)
- 4 Metal pots with locking lids for soup transport (5 gallon)
- 1 Hobart heavy duty mixing whip (30 quart)
- 24 Grease-resistant floor mats (4ft x 6ft)
- 1 Portable steam cleaning machine for cleaning kitchen floors mats
- 2 Glass front double door refrigerated cabinets
