Supportive Services Programs

The following programs offer supportive services.

Housing Services Partnership

Serves: Families with children, and limited assistance to others, who are residents of San Jose
In conjunction with the City of San Jose and other nonprofit partners, the Housing Services Partnership provides financial assistance and service referrals for those at risk of becoming homeless and those transitioning from homelessness in the City of San Jose.

Our House Drop-in Center

Serves: Youth ages 11-21
This multi-service center in downtown San Jose gives homeless, runaway and throwaway youth a safe place to come in off the streets and receive basic needs assistance (such as food and personal hygiene supplies), recreational opportunities, individualized case management, and other life skills support.

Outreach Court

Serves: Homeless people with outstanding misdemeanors or minor infractions
This partnership with the Superior Court of the County of Santa Clara, Outreach Court offers monthly court sessions at the Boccardo Reception Center to help people resolve the misdemeanors and minor infractions that prevent them from securing employment or housing. Judge Jerome Nadler presides.

RISE (Raising Income through Scholarship and Education)

Serves: Homeless or formerly homeless parents
The RISE program helps parents increase their earning potential in order to better provide for their families. RISE offers scholarships for vocational and degree programs.

Veterans Center

Serves: Veterans Location: 2112 Monterey Road, San Jose
The Veterans Center provides support for homeless veterans, including those with special needs. At the center, veterans can receive case management and have access to a computer lab, recreation activities, basic needs assistance, and other support.
