About Housing Services Partnership

A collaboration with the City of San Jose, the Housing Services Partnership (HSP) offers a comprehensive array of services to homeless individuals and those at risk of becoming homeless in San Jose.

Demographics Served

Any homeless individual or person or family (living/or moving to) at risk of becoming homeless in the City of San Jose.

Services Offered

Clients can receive one-time financial assistance for rent and/or rental security deposits and one way-national bus transportation. Under special circumstances, clients may also receive emergency utility payments, mortgage payments, and other financial assistance to prevent homelessness.

Clients are provided with information and referral services, immediate emergency shelter placement, transitional housing advocacy, and assistance with permanent housing searches and advocacy.

Bus tokens, employment and housing search support, and educational support services.

Hours of operation

The Centers are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
