One-Stop Homeless Prevention Center
A one-stop program for those people experiencing long-term homelessness who are ready to make a change in their lives and circumstances. On-site resources include:
- Benefits enrollment and advocacy
- Job search and retention assistance
- Workshops and additional resources
- Referral to community partners
- Housing location and financial assistance
Eligibility:
- Homeless or at-risk adults
- Willingness to participate in case management
- Readiness and willingness to make changes in their lives
- Ability to identify goals while working with the one-stop
