Rivers of Chocolate festival to return to Saratoga after two-year absence

The Rivers of Chocolate Festival is back for its 13th year and is returning to the newly remodeled Mountain Winery in Saratoga after a two-year absence. The chocolate tasting event will be held on April 26 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the winery, 14831 Pierce Road. All proceeds will benefit EHC LifeBuilders' youth programs.
