People become homeless for many reasons, and homelessness affects nearly every sector of our community in some way. Many who request our services are homeless for the first time, including young veterans, senior citizens, youth aging out of the foster care system, and working families who never dreamed they would be forced to survive on the streets.

Private contributions are essential to all of our programs. Every dollar you give means a chance for someone to regain stability and achieve self-sufficiency. It is also an investment in making our community a better place for everyone.

You can give in many ways, including:

  • Cash Gifts — donate online now!
  • Company Matching
  • Planned Giving
  • In-Kind Donations — see our Wish List page

For more information about any of these ways to give or for assistance in setting up your gift, contact Cindy Zbin, Chief Development Officer, at or (408) 539-2103.

Cash Gifts

Cash gifts and monthly, quarterly, or annual pledge donations provide the greatest immediate impact on our clients’ lives. You may donate online to make a secure, tax deductible financial donation with your credit card, or send donations to:

Company Matching

We partner with multiple companies every year to receive matching and workplace giving donations. When you are searching for us to register a gift, use our tax ID, 94-2684272. If you aren’t sure if your employer offers a program like this, please contact us or check with your human resources department.

Planned Giving

We offer several ways to gift your legacy. Planned giving of cash, stock, and bequests provides a lasting impact on all those we serve and expect to serve in the future.

In-Kind Donations

There are many simple items you can donate to help our clients. These items may be tax deductible and provide people in need with support to improve their lives. Our Wish List page shows basic items we need year-round. An updated wish list is posted weekly on Wednesdays on our Facebook page, or you may contact Elizabeth Griswold at or (408) 539-2143.
