Property Management Specialist

The Property Management Specialist is responsible for assisting with the day to day property management functions for EHC’s properties. Duties and responsibilities include maintaining tenant records, billing and payments, processing accounts, rents and refunds as well as providing accurate and timely customer service to program and leasing staff. This position requires strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and accounting systems. Also requires accounts receivable, accounts payable, and property management experience.

Director of Development & Communications

The Director of Development & Communications is responsible for developing and implementing the agency’s fundraising and communications plans as well as creating the strategic vision of those plans, with the goal of increasing EHC LifeBuilders visibility and recognition. Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years broad fundraising experience, including annual fund, foundation and corporate giving, and capital campaigns.

Grants Officer

The primary responsibility of the Grants Officer is to research and identify viable grant opportunities for EHC LifeBuilders, as well as prepare and submit grant applications, letters of inquiry and formal proposals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience, knowledge of fundraising basics, excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Licensed Clinician

The Licensed Clinician is responsible for developing individual care plans for mentally ill homeless participants. This position is also responsible for conducting regular case management sessions in order to monitor progress and provide adequate support to participants. Requires a license in Social Work and extensive knowledge of the mental healthcare system, community resources and client referrals.

Shuttle Driver - Part Time

The part time Shuttle Driver transports program participants and employees to pre-designated locations, and maintains the cleanliness and proper operation of the shuttle. This position requires a valid Class B driver license with authorization to drive 15 or more passengers, clean driving record with no more than 2 points on record, and current first aid certification. Also requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds with assistance.

Youth Counselor

The primary responsibility of the Youth Counselor is to provide individual counseling for 3-4 adolescents at EHC LifeBuilders’ Casa Say Youth Shelter. This position is also responsible for assisting in the development of treatment plans and accurately maintaining clinical charts and communication logs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years human service or related experience. Valid CA driver license and clean driving record also required.

HMIS Data Analyst

The HMIS Data Analyst assists with the daily updates of client information into the County Homeless Management Information System and other grant databases. This position is responsible for entering all client data into the HMIS system in order to support program activities funded by government contracts and grants, including, but not limited to federal, state, county, and city contracts. Requires a Bachelors degree in business, statistical, or related field and/or a minimum of two (2) years experience in data entry and analysis with a combination of education and training, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
